absolutely terrible experience at Nehotel Nueva Estancia! the dirty room, littered with hair, was just the start of this nightmare. to make matters worse, I didn’t even receive my promised refund, and let’s not even talk about the so-called amenities that woudl ve been nice if they actually worked! I had a great time at Nehotel Nueva Estancia! The location was perfect for the festival, just a short walk to shopping. The lobby’s giant mirror was a cool touch, and I enjoyed the gym too. Just wish the street noise was a bit less noticeable.

Great location near the leather district and the Plaza de Zapatos! Clean rooms and attentive staff made my stay enjoyable. Plus, the pool was nice for a refreshing dip after a long day (even if it could use a little more cleaning! ).

I really enjoyed my stay, as the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The hotel was just a few steps from the Forum Cultural Guanajuato and Auditorio Mateo Herrera, making city strolls so easy and fulfilling.
